Michelle McNamara earned her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Critical Race, Gender and Sexuality Studies from Southwestern Law School. Michelle’s prior education consisted of a Master’s in Social Work from University of Southern California with a concentration in Community, Organizing, Planning, and Administration and a Bachelor’s degree from Wagner College. At Wagner, located in Staten Island, New York, Michelle double majored in Philosophy and Politics. 

Michelle joined the team at the Law Offices of Gene J. Goldsman in 2024 as a Discovery Clerk before becoming an attorney at the firm in 2025. Inspired by the firm’s dedication to helping people, Michelle could not be happier to be a part of the team.

When Michelle is not in her jungle-themed office, she enjoys teaching yoga and fitness classes, playing soccer, and flying trapeze.
