About Ernest

Ernest (EJ) Lingenfelter is a United States Air Force veteran, native of Central Florida (Sanford/Lake Mary), and husband and father to two children. EJ’s practice experience began with two years as an associate attorney for a boutique law firm focused on litigating and advocating on behalf of and protecting the futures of victims of sexual assault and abuse, with an emphasis on minors that were abused at schools and churches.

EJ now advocates for injury victims who are being taken advantage of by insurance companies. EJ earned his undergraduate degree in political science from California State University, Fullerton and his J.D. from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law. Outside of the office, EJ enjoys spending time with his family, basketball (and sports, in general), tabletop games, and cooking.
